Our Mission

Are you finding it hard to make time to exercise and eat right? Maybe you’re pregnant or postpartum, worrying about losing that baby weight and strengthening your new body? Or perhaps you want to instill healthy eating habits and fitness into your daughter’s life? I can help! I’ve been there as a both a working mom and a stay-at-home mom of four sons ranging from ages 6 to 21. Whether you want to lose weight, increase your muscle mass while losing body fat, or reach new levels of fitness, I can help you get there. Together, we will figure out a way for you to carve out time for yourself and build a healthier you!

Jennifer is an all-around great human being and an amazing trainer. I wanted to find a trainer that I felt comfortable with and one that would listen to my health goals. Jennifer immediately made me feel at ease. I instantly felt like I was working out with a friend, but a friend who pushes me and keeps me accountable. I never felt like "just another client" to her. She cares about my progress and always keeps in touch with me throughout the week. She is available to answer questions re diet in between session and will even provide “homework” when needed. She is so energetic and sweet that I actually look forward to working out with her! Jennifer knows how to mix things up so that I don't get bored, strength training, circuits, cardio, weights, to name just a few. We never fall into a routine or get stuck in a rut. She brings different work out equipment for us to use and challenges me at every session pushing me further than I ever imagined. She is absolutely the best trainer I have ever had and I am beyond grateful that she is leading the way for me on this health journey.
